The beach of Saksild is one of the absolute best beaches in Eastjutland. It is very appreciated by the children, and there are no big waves and no undercurrents to worry about. There is a lot life and activities.

Trained lifeguards are present at Saksild Beach, and ready to assist anyone in need of help. They can help you with anything from bee stings and heatstrokes to rescue operations in the water. Look for the red and white striped lifeguard tower.
NB: Even though the lifeguards are keeping a close eye on the people on the beach then parents should never leave their children out of sight.
When the fresh see air has made you hungry, there is several opportunities for a light meal or you can enjoy a meal in the cosy environment at the Restaurant or an ice cream from the ice cream shop.
